I started blogging when I studied abroad in Spain during my sophomore year of college. It was an incredible adventure, and sharing my experiences through this blog made it even richer.

Now, I am getting ready to embark on my next adventure – a year of service with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)’s Young Adult Volunteer program. From August 2018 to July 2019, I will be living, working, and engaging in the community of Albuquerque, New Mexico for a year.

Join me as I seek to live intentionally, practice simplicity, and celebrate the beautifully ordinary parts of life each and every day!

Cheers,

What a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, and wonderfully engaging, blog you’ve created, Julie. Glad to read about your journeys, too–and pilgrimage in northern New Mexico. I’m Pastor Linda of ABQ Rio Grande, and friends with several people at Holy Rosary our “sister Church”.

    Blessings on your YAV year!
